We are standing by to help you. Click the link at the bottom of this page to start your Remote Support Session. A Security Warning screen will appear asking if you want to Run or Save the file.

Choose Run. (Don’t worry about the security warning. Technology Force published this software and it is perfectly safe to run it on your computer. The software will automatically remove itself after your support session is over.)

A second Security Warning will appear. Again, choose Run.
